We collect as little as we can get away with, we don't sell anything to anyone, and we'll delete what we hold on request. The detail is below.

What we collect

When you contact us through this site we collect the name, email address, company, budget range, and message you choose to provide. That's it. There's no account to create and nothing else is required.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, user agent, and requested URL. These are retained for a short period for security and diagnostics.

How we use it

We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry and, if we end up working together, to deliver the project. We do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party advertising scripts. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, it will be aggregate-only and disclosed here.

Client data

When a project gives us access to client systems or data, that access is governed by the agreement for that engagement, covering scope, retention, sub-processors, and deletion at the end of the work. We request the narrowest access that lets us do the job.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@flatfourventures.com and we'll action it. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, and we'll honour those too.
